I was recommended to Westmacott by the agents selling my mother’s house. I’m glad they did as the arrangements to remove some awkward furniture and effects were easily made. Zoe and her Dad arrived promptly and I simply left them to it. A few hours later I was called by Zoe, to lock up and check all was well. The house was spotless and everything requested was neatly removed. They provide an excellent service and I would not hesitate in recommending them by my experience.

Sadly my nan passed away 3 months ago and I was faced with upsetting task of having to empty her house , we had Zoe and her dad recommended to do the house clearance and it was the best decision ever , they was so professional and caring towards nans possessions and they got the job done really quickly and that even included a clean of the property , when I saw the photos I almost didn’t recognise the house all clean and tidy , was a real pleasure to know them Thank you

I would like to thank Zoe and her dad for responding so quickly to remove a king size bed and deliver it to another house and to remove the old one to the tip, I have used Zoe before and they are both very pleasant, careful, removing footwear before entering my house . Zoe and her Dad have helped me with my move today, not only are they both lovely people ,their service is absolutely 5 star. Nothing is too much trouble and they look after your belongings really well. I have to say that they have made what was to be a stressful day actually a pleasant experience. Highly recommend , and if you have a dog it's great , they love dogs. My dog actually liked them that much , he wanted to go home with them 😂

I messaged Westmacott Logistics regarding a Facebook marketplace purchase. I received a message back and was able to quickly arrange for a collection and delivery the next day! Less than 24 hours later, my table and chairs arrived. The team had carefully wrapped my table top up to make sure it was safe in transit - I didn’t ask for this, so thank you for going the extra mile! It was usual for me to use plumbers,electricians and so on, many times but l had never had the need to search for house clearance experts. I was leaving the UK to move in with my son in Europe. He already had a house full of furniture and everything else you might need so l needed only my clothes, photos and sentimental bits and pieces but who to contact? Two names Richard and Zoe kept coming up not only from my estate agent but from the local community. I had left behind 70% of my possessions in every room but they were undaunted by the task. After two visits to discuss what was to be done l was able to leave for Europe feeling happy that l had left it all to Zoe and Richard. If you need honest, reliable, committed people l can't recommend these two enough. They not only cleared the house, they left it immaculate and ready for prospective buyers.

Zoe has been professional throughout the process of delivering some items for my son and I. Even when at 24 hours notice without reason the first delivery was cancelled. I contacted Zoe after seeing recommendations on local pages. Excellent customer service from initial contact to picking up our old sofa for disposal. Needed a fridge freezer removing due to moving house. Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. The booking process is simple and straightforward. Zoe and Rick provided an excellent service, they are both very friendly and helpful. In my case I had a medium sized garden which through illness had become neglected with quite a few potted plants that had become overgrown and dead and many derelict garden ornaments plus a lot of large weeds that had grown through the gravelled membrane. They moved the lot out for for me which made a great clear space which I needed because of being unsteady on my feet. All in all, an excellent service which I can highly recommend. WELL DONE ! and thank you Zoe and Rick.

Even better than I could have imagined after seeing numerous positive comments on local forum. Zoe communicated from quote request to carrying out the job today. She arrived with her dad on time and loaded the “dead shed” without any problems at all. After completing they carefully swept the entire collection area and route to ensure all was clean. What can I say… I put a post on Facebook for the removal of my old corner sofa to which people recommended Zoe and rightfully so. Zoe was due to pick my sofa up Wednesday which I was happy with as that’s what we arranged, to then get a message on the Tuesday to pick up the sofa a day earlier dispite her being busy. Can’t fault the service from Zoe and Dad. We needed 2 glazed doors disposed of, too big for our car. Zoe returned my call very quickly after my initial enquiry, and was able to attend and take the doors within 10 minutes. Very reasonable charge especially considering the rapid response, and a really pleasing fuss-free experience all round. Both Zoe and Dad were very friendly and helpful. They managed to squeeze us in their busy schedule and picked our old sofas up the next day! AMAZING! I have to say that I was more than impressed with the service and the job that was given/carried out when arranging the clearance of my parents home. They had lived in the house over 53 years! The service was professional and personal at the same time. The job was completed with complete care and consideration that it was once someone's home. I was recommended this company from a neighbour who I highly trust. I phoned and left a voice-mail and Zoe got back to me straight away and was at my property the same day. She was polite and friendly and took the time out to talk me and made me feel so at ease. The quote was sent through the same night which I accepted straight away. Fast and professional service. Westmacott Logistics stepped in late on when another company had double-booked us, but this was a blessing in disguise as Zoe and Richard were amazing in helping us move into our new office space. Communication from the off was friendly but very professionally delivered, putting our minds at ease. We could have chatted for hours when they arrived but they soon got down to work, carefully packing their van with blankets and strapping. Everything arrived safely at our destination and, following lots of heavy lifting, It was sad to see them leave… but we’ll need them again one day I’m sure. Thank you!

I had heard that Zoe and her dad were awesome through a Facebook Group's recommendations. I didn't know just how awesome they were until I contacted them myself! From the moment I contacted Zoe via Facebook she went over and above at every step. Clear, friendly communication from the off. It was a particularly stressful time for me as I was preparing to move an elderly relative into a nursing home, generally trying to keep all practical tasks spinning like plates, overcome a few logistical nightmares of moving a frail elderly person never mind the emotions involved in this massive step for a 98.5 year old! Zoe, just by her messages, was thoughtful and considerate. Just what I personally needed at that point. On the day they kept me informed of their arrival, dismantled the "electric chair" in an instant, transported the chair, waited to re assemble it and took everything in their stride. I had Zoe and her Dad to remove more rubbish thought today and they responded almost immediately. What a complete joy they were nothing was too much trouble so pleasant and helpful. Their price was brilliant too. I would not hesitate in recommending them and will definatly use again. We were running late but she was there before us and talked to the customer to keep them happy while we were late. She offered to help with loading and off loading even tho we’d only (Felt guilty as hadn’t drawn enough money out to tip her) paid for collection.
